What to expect on workshops
Essential Nature Yoga Workshops are a great way to experience our teachings prior to attending a retreat. Or for those who enjoy our retreats they are an opportunity to reconnect with us and the practices.
Workshops include a combination of hatha yoga (asana/physical practice and pranayama/breath work), meditation, chanting and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
These days can take place either online or in person​​.

Workshops
March 23 - Spaciousness
This workshop we will explore how we can access the underlying stillness that pervades all experience in life; physical, mental, emotional and energetic.
​
The day will start with asana practice to increase body awareness and release tension. We will then explore how we can use pranayama practices to create a sense of spaciousness and stillness.
​
The main focus of the day will be on the practice of Kaya Sthairyam, deep body stillness. Throughout the day various, easily accessible, techniques will be explored which can act as preparation to further meditation or enhance existing meditation practice.
